We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Landscaper to be part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, with the ability to manage projects from start to finish. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, has a keen eye for design, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
- Execute high-end landscape construction projects including hardscaping and softscaping installations.
- Read and interpret landscape designs, plans, and specifications.
- Operate and maintain a variety of landscaping tools and machinery.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and within project deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols on job sites.
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape construction.
- Proficiency in hardscaping (e.g., paving, retaining walls, decks) and softscaping (e.g., planting, turfing).
- Experience in operating landscaping equipment and machinery.
- Strong knowledge of plants, soil types, and irrigation systems.
- Valid driver's license.
- White Card (Construction Induction).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
